CANCELLATION POLICY:
To ensure the best service for our clients and to respect the time of your stylist, a credit card will be required to secure your appointment.
Please review our policy below:
Cancellation and No-Show Charges:

No Shows: 100% of the base minimum service price.

Less than 24 Hours' Notice: 50% of the base minimum service price.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may be unable to perform the entire service or may need to cancel the appointment. In such cases, the cancellation policy will apply.
This policy also applies to same-day changes. For instance, if you arrive for a color and haircut but decide to proceed only with the haircut, the less-than-24-hours' notice fee will apply.
We understand that emergencies and changes occur, but last-minute cancellations or no-shows prevent us from filling the appointment slot and affect our business.
To avoid these charges, please notify us at least 24 hours before your appointment.
We provide reminders via phone and email to assist you in managing your schedule.

CLIENT SATISFACTION POLICY:
I take great pride in delivering high-quality services tailored to your needs. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with the results of your service, I am here to address your concerns and make things right.
If you are not fully satisfied with your service, please contact me within 48 hours of your appointment. I will make every effort to resolve any issues and ensure that you are happy with the outcome. This may include offering a complimentary touch-up or adjustment, depending on the situation.
While I strive to meet your expectations, please note that if you change your mind about the desired outcome versus what was requested, additional fees may apply for any modifications or adjustments.
